Do you have a current license as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho? *

Do you have at least 1-2 years of hospital patient care experience? *

Are you willing to rotate with a team to cover on-call coverage of Cath lab emergent cases and interventional radiology? *

Do you have ACLS certification? *
