Both IFCH and MVH are participating with the following insurances/PPO networks:

Aetna
Excluding a couple "narrow network" plans, but any Aetna PPO plan is in-network. Contact contracting if you have any questions.
Blue Cross of Idaho
PPO, Connected Care Hometown East and Mountain View Network-all other Connected Care/QHP plans are out-of-network.
EBMS
As long as it doesn’t say Reference Based Pricing, RBP or if you call for benefits and they use the term “a percentage of Medicare.
Medicaid
Montana, Utah, Wyoming Medicaid are in network with the facilities only. Physicians are mostly Idaho only. Check the ProviderContracts2 spreadsheet for specific physicians. If you need access to this spreadsheet, please contact Sari Bodkin at sbodkin@mvhospital.net for access. With the exception of emergent services, we do not accept any other out-of-state Medicaid plan. For non-emergent care, patient needs to be notified, ABN issued, account listed as self-pay, and payment in full collected at time of service.
Select Health Med Advantage
As long as it doesn’t say SLHP or St Luke's Health Partners.
Select Health Med Network
Medicare Advantage and Select Med Network ONLY, we are out-of-network with other SelectHealth Plans (example SLHP or BrightPath).
Health Sharing Information
We are NOT accepting any "health sharing" plans. (ie: Liberty HealthShare, Christian MediShare, Altrua, etc) If a patient presents with any health sharing plan, please notify them that they will be listed as self-pay as we do not accept that health plan. Do NOT put the health plan information in the account, the patient needs to be listed as self-pay and payment collected at time of service.
We do not accept any "reference-based pricing" plans. (ie: 6 Degrees, Elap, Echelon, Imagine 360, Sana, etc) If a patient presents with any reference-based pricing plan, please notify them that they will be listed as self-pay as we do not accept that health plan. Do NOT put the health plan information in the account, the patient needs to be listed as self-pay and payment collected at time of service.
If you are uncertain as to whether or not a plan is in-network, please feel free to email a copy of the insurance card, front and back, to the business office and we will do our best to review and respond quickly. Another quick way to know for sure is to call the number on the back of the card and give them the hospital's information.
